With winter well and truly here to stay, we need to take serious measures to get warm! One of my favourite ways to do that is to take advantage of all the phenomenal winter lunch specials available at all of our top restaurants. It is the PERFECT time of year to try the otherwise fully booked Greenhouse for a teaser of what the full menu offers.
The setting at the Cellars-Hohenhort in Constantia is the perfect backdrop to a warm winter’s lunch.
The staff are incredible and will go out of their way to accommodate you. Our sommelier, Lester, realised I was a keen wine enthusiast and made sure to bring interesting and unique wines to pair with my meal. Everything from the canapes, to the bread course to the Nitro sesame tuna was perfect!
