Formally the Baron On Main in Bryanston, Parrilla has been transformed into something a little more special. With an extensive tapas menu, it makes the perfect after work drinks spot. For those looking for a meal, the mains are a carefully chosen selection of the best cuts of meat, fresh seafood, Portuguese favourites as well as a handful of decadent pasta dishes. All sides are made fresh to serve using only seasonal ingredients. The quality of all products used in the preparation of the dishes comes together on the plate, from the very first bite. ‘Parrilla’ means ‘grill’ in Spanish and can quite literally be translated to Steakhouse. So it goes without saying that the meat dishes are without a doubt, the stars of the show.
