Get ready for the June Red Wine Rendezvous at Steenberg’s popular Bistro
Sixteen82 in the Constantia Valley and indulge your winter cravings for red wine and
delicious, hearty food.
Make a date on Thursday, 24 June 2021 for Chef Kerry Kilpin’s delicious 3-course
dinner to savour with three signature Steenberg red wines for the duration of the
evening.
For a winter warming starter, Chef Kerry is preparing a creamy broccoli and roasted
onion soup enriched with goat’s chevin mousse and onion crisps, with homemade
bread and spicy humus on the side. For the main course, her rich and flavourful slow
braised lamb neck with sundried tomato & basil risotto will leave you well satisfied.
Be sure to leave some room for the star of the evening, blueberry mousse with butter
sponge, meringue and lime gel served with a dollop of white chocolate & cardamom
ice cream on the side for good measure.
The cost of the Red Wine Rendezvous is R395 per person and includes the 3-course
dinner and the wines. A complimentary welcome drink will be served upon arrival at
